2. Data Retention & Archival

We retain your profile data, listings history, and chat logs only for as long as your account is active. If your account remains inactive for over 12 months, your profile will be securely archived. You can request immediate permanent deletion of all your records at any time.

3. User Rights & Data Protection Officers

Under privacy regulations, you possess the following rights:

• Right of Access: You can view all information we store about you in your dashboard.
• Right to Rectification: You can modify or update your details instantly.
• Right to Erasure: You can request complete erasure of your profile and data.

4. Data Breaches & Notifications

In the unlikely event of a security breach or data leak, we will notify affected users and regulatory authorities within 72 hours of discovery, detailing the breach scope and corrective measures taken.
